I simply hit the clutch and shift as fast as I can. 14.6 with your mods is a pretty good time. I don't see why you classify yourself as an "OK" driver.

I launch on my Drag radials with my LSD at 6000-6500 rpm at the strip, on the street I launch at aboput 5500 on street tires. Either way my no torque motor likes tire spin off the line. I have been experimenting with power shifting lately and it seems to keep the speed up al ot better.

On the strip I dont get off the gas drop the clutch in and shift as fast as possible without getting off the gas at all and drop the clutch out

I launch at like 5000rpm give or take 200rpm

the psycho old owner of my car ran a 14.46 in my 96 gsr with a hommade cai and shitty headers. he feathers the clutch around 4000 and doesnt let off the gas until the fat lady hands him his timeslip (not really im just trying to tell you he powershifted). i didnt know he was a CrAzY bastard when i bought the car but eh? who cares. jeremy if you read this youre a crazy bastard. i envy you. i cant even get into the 14s........
