Try an APC sticker. I know its a "stick on" in stead of a bolt on but I hear you can get a lot gains out of it. Oh yeah and some neons
Try searching!!! I see so many newbies posting this all the time. there's so much info on this board, just search around. as for basic bolt ons, they're usually intake, header, high flow cat and cat back exhaust. everyone should know what the basic bolt ons are already.. unless you're a newbie to car modding.

First off, welcome to H-T! I've got a '91 LS, too.
So you want to get some bolt-ons to get more power out of your engine? Heh, look dude, our cars are 13 years old. Yea, good ol' 1991. When Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and slap bracelets were totally awesome dude! That was a long time ago. Through the years, your car's engine has continually been sucking in air, mixing it with gas, blowing it up, and blowing out the exhaust gases. Making power.
Before spending money on bolt-ons, you should do the simple things that give you power, like cleaning your throttle body and manifold, making sure your ignition and camshaft timing are within spec (did your cam gear slip a tooth on the belt? it happens), doing a valve adjustment, cleaning your IACV etc. Well-needed maintainance will increase your power output just as much as bolt-ons will. Think about it. You'd be taking care of your engine instead of throwing parts at it, it's a hell of a lot cheaper, and you'd learn a lot more about your car than you would with just installing bolt-ons.
Here's my advice. Buy a Helms manual so you know what you're doing, and go to town on your kaa. FIX your car before you fix it up. After it runs and sounds good, THEN you get the bolt-ons. This is how you make reliable power.
