so basically i have around 200 dollars and i have a 95 integra gsr i cant decide if i should either get pollies or cams or keep saving up for a intake manifold i already have i/h/e
help me please hard decision!!!!

I would think that a Skunk2 manifold would be a nice upgrade at this point. Maybe you can find a good price on a used one. Or maybe some nice tires.

pullies in general do little for performance and cam gears wont help unless you got some bigger cams.
