looks like mugen or wings west to me. thats some nice looking cf though. must be new or real well kept.

It's not Mugen, because they did not make lips for the 98-01 USDM front. It may be a Spoon replica in carbon fiber. Vis?

yes. Its a VIS spoon replica lip. I have one. Looks nice but hangs really, really low.

haha, yeah that's a vis spoon. thats vietboy's teg. i have the same exact lip only for 94 tegs. looks great, but i wouldn't reccommend it for daily driving.

these lips are really nice.. but i'd stay away from carbon fiber lips.. these things are brittle as hell. mine is in 3 pieces now.. this is what it looked like on my car with the 94-97 front.
