i just got a 94 ls auto.. i kno auto sucks but i got a good deal and that all i could afford.
My horn and cruise control dont work. I crawled under the car and checked the horn ... connected negative side to
ground and works.... so i pulled the steering wheel apart .. everything was connected ... no blown fuses... i think its
the horn relay but i dont know where it is ... could that be why my cruise isnt working ... i checked the red wires comin from
both horn buttons that also connect to the cruise but the was no voltage there. Someone please help i need a horn badly.

 

Could it have something to do with where the cables go from the steering column into the steering wheel? The cable spool or whatever it is in there that allows the wheel to turn while keeping the electrical connections. If so, your airbag may not be working either. Does your SRS light stay on? The reason I say this is because the horn and cruse control buttons are all on the steering wheel.
