Default What to Do?

Hey guys, I just picked up a b16 head and im trying to decide whether to go a head and build an ls/vtec off of my b18b bottom end w/180k, i would full rebuild it with itr pistons. OR i found a b18c5 block on craigslist for 900, which is about what i was going to spend on the ls/v, what do you guys think, almost any comments would be helpful.

This is what he said in the post

000 OEM USDM Acura Integra Type R Short Block - $900 OBO
Good Condition - I bought this block used locally from a good tuner. This is a running block that was pulled from a 98 civic hatch with a swap. Block is LEGIT, meaning NOT STOLEN, it still has the Vin# intact and a new bill of sale will be issued from me and a copy of the old bill of sale from josh. Motor was hot tanked, block bored .020, r&r pistons, polished crankshaft, and assebled by Paradise Auto Parts and Machine [ i have the carbon copy receipt] . Motor was driven roughly ~30,000 miles [ and im just round up! ], it has CP Pistons 11.5.1 [ they are .50 oversize ], Eagle Rods, Alternator, Timing belt, Oil Filter, Oil pan, misc hoses and sensors, everything you see in the picture.
im undecided if this setup is practical for DD, so its up for sale. i will included the bill of sale both new and old. i dont have a set price, but im very negotiable. i can do trades + cash also. anything from wheels, suspension, aftermarket parts, interors, stereos, electronics, computers, jewlery, shoes, etc... anything WORTH trading

Sounds like a pretty good deal. If it was me the only thing I would be questioning is the quality of the work done on the motor. Clearances, proper torque, build quality in general. But if you can confirm it comes from a reputable shop, I would go for it... you'll spend that much rebuilding and bringing an LS block up to VTEC standards anyway.
