What to do with 1K?
Alright I have a 2001 Integra GS with i/e/h. Later on I definetly want to turn this into an LS/VTEC. Im for sure gonna get pulleys for the hell of it but what else do you guys suggest I do? And if anyone has any clue of where I can pick up a vtec head and which one will best benifet my car help me out there. Thanks

ls vtec is very costly to get working reliably...b18c5(type R head) would be the best head for that application. ditch the pulleys...they don't do shxt.

i would say save for a turbo like the majority but if for some reason that seems to far away or you have some other reason for not wantin to get boosted, then go for suspension like they said.
Lowering springs : 150-250
Quality shocks : 400-550 (My pick: Neuspeed Koni Yellows)
GSR/ITR front sway bar <$100 used
ITR Rear sway bar w/ bsq mounting kit <$150 (www.acuraautomotiveparts.net)
list above = great suspension! & under 1k

well clutch and flywheel but i agree turbo because i have a GSR and i want to get rid of it cuz i want an LS or a WRX but i would say block guard and then turbo it much better.
If done right an LS/VTEC can be sick fast. You should get a B16A head and slap it on there. It will give you VTEC and it will raise your compression. A built LS/VTEC would walk all aver a Type R.
Well if you really want to do somethin with that 1k, although with your engine I do HIGHLY suggest saving for a turbo set up, you can also buy some springs and shocks, for a more aggressive ride... Do it right though, don't go out and buy a million shitty ricey performance bolt ons with 1k... You pay for what you get...
ONCE AGAIN CONSIDER SAVING UP MORE MONEY FOR TURBO!!!!
