It means your glow plugs aren't getting power so your cylinders cant warm up, meaning it'll be hard to fire up your diesel in cold weather

so what is wrong with my car and how do i fix it..cuz about an hour ago it died at a stop light 3 times..and i had to launch just to get going to get home. its a 2000 integra gs-r by the way with 76K
You will have to find out why it is dying, what is it not doing that it should, get it scanned again with a differnt type scanner than what auto zone uses.
By the way, a flashing light means catalytic convertor may be damaged real soon.
