Default Welding hole on SS DC 4-2-1 header

Thinking about buying a used SS DC 4-2-1 header for my 94gsr, but it has a additional 1" hole drilled in on the top part of the bottom piece of the header. Is it possible to filled the whole back in or weld a piece of metal onto it?

for how much because it might just be better to spend a little more and buy new one so you don't have to deal with it.

just like jdmcrvtec said, you might want to look around for another used one unless you can get it for cheap...
