Weird vtec problem. Please look...
From what I was told when I bought the car, it has stock gsr cams and aem cam gears wich 1 cam is set +1 and the other -1. Other than that header and exhaust.

Not a good combo, try a stock oem p72 ecu and see what happens.

Now that you got the coolant temp. sensor hooked up, reinstall a stock ecu and see what it does
Im pretty sure HONDA would have placed stock vtec x-over at 5200 rpm if it were beneficial or made a GSR motor run better, but it is set at 4400 rpm for a reason.

Combos are not your problem.
The parts may not be great for power, but they are not going to change your engagement.
Has VTEC ever worked for you reliably?
If you switched the solenoid with 12v+ and it still clicked on and off, I would trouble shoot 1 of 3 things:
Solenoid failure
Weak Oil Pressure
Faulty Wiring

raised engagement points = rice
mmmmmmmm.....BWWAAAAAAAhAAAhAAAAAA
Shouldn't be like that, if VTEC is engaged at the correct point, its switch over is rather subtle.

Selonoid does click. Rewired basically everything. I'm leading to weak oil pressure because, my oil pan is dented so bad you can actually see the oil pick up
