Weird Electrical Problem??
I think I might have some sort of electrical issues with my right (passenger side) front turn signal. The drivers side turn signals, both front and rear, are a normal flashing speed, and they both work. My passenger side turn signals are a different story. They blink really fast, almost double time what the other side does. The rear works ok, and it blinks really fast, but the front doesn't work at all. I know ther is power going to the bulb, though, because when the the headlights are on, they light up like they should. It just doesn't flash the signal. Does anyone else have or have had any similar problems? Thanks.
Thanks man. I've got to get a shop manual for this kind of thing, but in the meantime, which fuse would it be. Inspection is running out...... lol
I don't know if the fuse layout under the driverside dash is the same. I am looking at the fuse layout from a '99 Integra. A '96 Integra my have this: Pop off the fuse panel under the driverside dash. Perhaps there is a fuse diagrams. Should be printed on acetate and attached to the back of the fuse panel. That diagram reads "turn lights" as a (10A) fuse.
To save you a trip the autoparts store, you should have some spare fuses, the fuse diagram should tell you where those spare fuses are located.
I hope that helps!

when the circuit is incomplete, it will blink fast. your probably blew the front bulb. cuz unless ive mistaken, i believe if the fuse is blown, both the front and rear turn signal will not light up.......id pull the bulb first, you can easily tell if its blown, if not check the fuse, good luck.
The 1157 bulb is dual filament. So if it works when you have the headlights on, that filament it fine... but when you go and try to use the blinker, the filament isnt there, so the flasher things the bulb is dead (well, it really is dead) and it flashes fast.
Replace the bulb, and you should be alright!

Ok. Thanks all. I don't know why I didn't first think to check the bulb. I'm gonna check it when I get off work, and if not the bulb, then the fuse. By the way, I think the wiring for the 96 should be the same as the 99- since they are both OBDII. Once again, thanks.
