I have a 95 ls with a b16 swap. I have a P27 computer and i wired the soleniod to A4, the oil/vtec pressure switch to D6, and the knock sensor to D3. The car has a check engine light for rear o2 but i don't think it should affect the vtec. The vtec isn't working and i'm looking for some idea's, also is there any way to check the vtec soleniod or the oil pressure switch, and is the knock sensor supose to go to ground or to pin D3? Thanks

Vtec will not function if you have a check engine light.

and also is your VSS working?

 

I will replace the o2 tomorrow and i belive the VSS is working because the spedo is working but i could be wrong. Thanks for the info i'll get back tomorrow after i replace the o2 sensor.

The code i have is for a rear O2 heater, my car doesn't have a rear o2. Any ideas will help.

Rikter if you have nothing good to add stay out of the thread, i searched for a couple of hr and haven't found the answer that why i posted. Just because it says noob by the name just means i'm new here, and you putting up a post like that just shows me how immature you are and that you don't know the answer.

I grounded the oil pressure switch wire from the computer and used a test light on the trigger for the vtec soleniod and it worked. I jumped out the soleniod and that work fine so now i figure if i just connect the wire to the seleniod it will work but i was wrong. Now i'm getting a code 23 front or rear knock sensor. Any ideas will help, thanks.
