98gsr' the check engine light comes on comes back as "fuel/air metering" and the codes vtec malfunciton . this ever happen to u and wat was the problem i was told it is most likely the solenoid.. car has no noticable cross over problems

 

What was the number of the code?

 

vtec malfunctioning code usually means your low on oil. p1259

 

check selenoid/sensors/oil

 

i recently changed the oil about a week ago and the code is P1259

 

and when u say check solinoid sensors how do i go about troubleshooting those
