Default vtec controller for a lsvtec

with a vtec controller in my lsvtec will i have to change the computer...and if i have to what kind should i should i use

Apexi V-AFC II... But most people these days will Rec. Hondata. And with the Apexi, you don't have to change out the ECU. I'd personally go with Hondata just the simple fact of hardcore tuning, might aswell if your gonna do anything else down the road too.

fields vtec controller would work fine, so would the vafc II, i know cause i have a the vafc II and a friend has the fields. But, it wouldnt have full potential because its still a LS ecu, it would be worth it if you chipped the ecu. I have another friend that has a chipped ecu w/ fields vtec controller and was running high 13 low 14s.
