Default vortech on b18c1

i just installed a jdm b18c1
did a compression test today 240 in first three 235 in # four.
anyways im buying a vortech charger for it (used) @ 12 psi
is this safe to run on stock internals?
also any recomendations on upgrades as far as fuel system would help too

well you first would need 310 cc injectors( at least) are you sure you wanna trust a used charger??? And 12 psi is a little too high for a gsr.. unless you had an LS.. als get your self a fuel press. reg. and a gauge.

well i have 440 cc injectors.
and i know the bearings were switched out along with the belt drive.
but i was thinking of just buying a 8lb pulley.
12 just doesnt sound safe to me on stock internals. people around here say its fine.
but i just wanted to know if i should change my fule pump,cam gears, get a hondata or something like that.

yes you should upgrade your fuel pump, i have one if you interested its a 255lph walbro hp, 90 shipped. i would use the stock size pulley at first, then maybe down the road you could up the boost along with some internal work. btw how much are you paying for you used kit? i know someone selling his high boost setup.

1500$ so you say i should just stick with 8lbs untill i upgrade pistions and rods?

exactly.. sorry i also meant to tell you to upgrade your fuel pump.. so get a stock pulley first.. and keep it like that unless you get some rods, and pistons
