Default Visual Inspection??????

I have a few questions on passing visual inspection for my smog. Everything is pretty much stock except for the breather filter i have to replace on my valve cover. My stock intake is kinda loose also. It's missing a bolt and you can jiggle it around by hand it's not "secure". There is also this thing the recent owner hooked up to the brake power booster. It's bypassed and i was told it might be nos hookup??? IDK but all it looks like is operating a gauge near my steering wheel. lastly, the back of my oil pan has a hose connected to it which looks like its been cut off and zip tied and sealed. idk what he did but im afarid they also might question that. no ac and i also have aftermarket sparkplug wires. any tips to improve my chances on passing smog would greatly be appreciated thanks.

The breather is a no no. Just run a line from the nipple it is on to the intake tube. Make sure the PCV is still installed too.

Intake box being loose will not be a problem.

Ditto on the turbo removal.
