VFAC install

I need help quick. I am trying to install a VAFC on a 99 gsr using a Rspec wire harness i got from jdmspecperf.com First i can't even get the ecu out. Then the wires kind get me worried I need any help i can get. Please. Thanks in advance.

go to apexi.com and download the blueprints for your year and model,cut some wires and follow the directions.
