i have a 99 ls teg and i hear about ls's with v tec did they every make them is there some kinda conversion ?

 

it is called an ls-vtec conversion.

in a nutshell, you take a vtec head (b16 or b18c) and your ls block. this has been covered many many times, give it a search, and also check in the all motor forum for any questions you may have.

 

is it easy and how much does it cost im new to tegs

 

Its not easy and takes some work and building of the motor if you want to do it the "right" way. Probably 1800-2000 to do a good conversion that isnt going to *** out and burn oil. There are some people that do just throw a vtec head on the car and never have problems but its not smart...
