ok, i have a 93 integra gs. last week drove though some water and it stalled out. car started up fine drove about 10mi home. got about a block away from my house and the temp was pegged to H. changed the thermostat and radiator cap today and started it up. heater gets hot, upper and lower hose stay cool and the temp ga. goes straight to H. think its a bad temp switch? cant figure out went wrong?

 

If your thermostat is stuck CLOSED, it would cause your overheating.

that would be caused by vapor lock. or you might have a blown head gasket. does it smoke?
