Upgrade question
Im wandering which will give me more power I want to get one of these 3 next, a skunk2 intake manifold, aem v2 cold air or some type of headers, which would give me more power just for now? any suggestions
Is your car stock?
None will give any significant amount on an otherwise bone stock vehicle, but if I were in your shoes, I'd go for the manifold first. You're more likely to keep the manifold and put it to more use than an intake or a header.
You have to look at your future goals at this point. If you later decide to boost your car, then at least the manifold will still be usable, and if you decide to go with a crazy all motor setup most headers withing the price range of the manifold or the intake won't be able to provide sufficient airflow to support the crazy setup.

its a GSR I have aem underdrive pulleys, catback exhaust, hiflow cat, small short ram, aem underdrive pulleys, skunk2 gam gears and I have skunk2 stage 2 cams but I dont want to install them yet without maybe some other mods Im just going to wait until I get my block sleeved and everything i just wanta little more power for right now
would upgrading my ECU be an option? I heard that gives you alot more power I just dont know if one would work with a stock fuel system I had a chipped ECU in my D16 and it ran like crap

Upgrading your ECU can help, assuming that the fuel map you use will help bring your car to a more optimal air/fuel ratio. P30 pistons will drastically raise the compression,.
Being that there are plans for boost, I wouldn't invest in OEM pistons, or either a header or intake. I'd go ahead and buy some big injectors.

Will my stock pistons be able to handle boost though I was looking at some JE pistons that are like 400 bucks and their for 'turbo and nitrous' applications the compression rate on those are like 9:0:1 thats kind of high isnt it
For a lil bit more power get a header. For everything else, just save up for the turbo kit and get pistons with rods. BTW, that is a low compression ratio. That is the lowest I seen so far.
