If you have the dough, and it's not a salvage title, then I'd do it. But you gotta have a beater or something, because your stress factor will go way up. ****, I stress about my LS, and it's an auto! Plus premium gas an arm and a leg. Aside from that, good luck.

You will also probably have higher insurance costs, just make sure you could take care of them, if so i'd say go for it.

your ls is worth about 3-4 grand so you basically geting a 01 itr for 8 grand which is cheep as hell
if i were you i were get the itr sell it and make a 5+k
then buy another integra ls or gsr and build it for turbo only cuz an itr is slow as hell

GET THE R. that sounds like a great deal imo, and you wont regret it. invest in security in the R immedietly, and keep it hidden (garage) whenever possible. 45k is fairly low mileage man, check the compression, suspension, etc and if it is all good
THEN GET THE DAMN HYPE R KID!

What the F>>>!! Go get that car right away!! You can sell that car for atleast $13K with a clean title!! Your 94 LS with 140K is like 3000-4000, and another 4K is great.
You're getting a R with low mileage and from the first owner. Well, if it's clean title, you should buy it and sell it, and get an RSX TS if you don't want to worry about the car strip. Hey, if you don't, I have a 98 GSR sedan, with 60K miles, that I'll trade for his with $2K down.
