I think hes talking about the coolant line under the throttle body... If you look under the throttle body there should be a black line that goes from there to just under and the right of your dizzy... Its gonna spill out everywhere when you unplug it unless you drain half your fluid... But if there is one already there then just leave it.. no need to take it off...
