Turn the Wheel Right at 30-65mph and above, get humming sound
When I turn the wheel right from around 30mph up to 65mph (and probably above- I don't drive that fast usually), there is a low-pitched "hum" coming from the left front wheel. It sounds like its coming from the tire but I've switched sets and it still makes the same sound. It only happens when I turn right and not left.
What do you guys think it is?

That's the thing, it isn't making the noise when I'm going straight.
Last summer I had the right wheel bearing go bad and, in a straight line, it made a miserable higher pitched resonating humming sound that made me want to drive into oncoming traffic just to stop the sound. But it isn't making the same sound and it doesn't happen when the car is straight.

If none of those is your car lowered? If so check your alignment or power steering pump is on that side too..... Alignment could cause your ps pump to make that noise like it's fighting the tires..

Is there a way for me to pull a fuse on the power steering pump or something to disable it and then see if the noise goes away?
I'll go jack up the car in a few hours and left you know the results.
