turbo install

how hard would it be to install a turbo and inercooler on a 91 integra ?
also having a low end prob. well their is none she dose not kick in until about
2500 rpm

it shouldnt be too hard if you know what youre doin. lots of modifications and tinkering you would have to do to fit everything in.. but it isnt all that hard.
