Default trouble taking off header, help please

i am having a very difficult time taking off the #15 bolt with the #13 washer (located at the bottom center of the diagram), it was so tight that it bent my ratchet, i sprayed wd40 on it and everything, any suggestions?

Go from underneath and use a 2ft breaker bar and 1/2" drive 14mm. It'll come off like butter. If you snap the head off...no big deal. You won't use it on aftermarket header systems.

i went underneath and used this hollow metal bar to hook onto my ratchet (this was how i got the header bolts off), but the bolt didn't budge, the ratchet bent like crazy and i'll be going to buy a new one soon (in a matter of minutes)

From the looks of that diagram, why not just take off bolt #7 and leave that piece there if it doesn't come off?
