try changing the tranny fluid by adding gm syncro mesh or any other type of manual tranny fluid. if that doesnt help it might be your syncros.

. once those go bad nothing you can do but replace them and they get worse when you keep scratching them and they will not stick into gear anymore and may jump out of gear
