I have 2000 gsr, and it grinds going into 3rd....so i took the tranny apart... and i believe that it is the 3rd gear synchro...

I have talked to a couple people and they said that i should get some of the gear speed carbon synchros....

i was just wondering if it is worth the investment and if anyone out there knows where i can get some???

 

Search for Gearspeed, they are an excellent vendor, I bought some diff bearings from them for much cheaper than OEM Honda, and they were the same bearings.

 

I tried the gear-speed.com but the web site does not work????? I need synchros really bad!!!!!!!!!!!
