torque specs with ls/vtec ...

do you guys know the torque specs with the ARP head studs ...

i'm going to be using GSR arp head studs...
my set up is b16 head with b18b block...thanks in advance!

theres a slip of paper that comes with the ARPs. Tells you the torque set for the studs. I cant remember off hand what it is.
