Torque specs for LS ARP head studs?

Torque specs for LS ARP head studs?
I lost my instructions a while back and was wondering if anyone has the torque specs for ARP LS head studs using the ARP moly lube? I searched HT and looked on ARPs site and they dont seem to have the info anymore. Thanks in advance.
