Timing help

My friend has a 1996 integra with ls/vtec. Does anyone know how to check the timing? I'm used to cars with coil packs so i am unsure of how to do this

Spark plug wire by the timing belt, pretty straight foward....much easier then a car w/ coil on plug setups.
