Default Tie Rod Causes Vibration??

I have a 94 Integra, with an H22A swap. I'm running the correct axle combination. The car has a vibration while driving straight down the road, harder when i'm taking a left curve while driving, even harder when i hit a bump. It rides smoothe as silk when taking a right curve while driving. I checked the passenger side tie rod and there is play between the tie rod and the spindle. There is an audible "clunk" when you move the wheel around (only when you move the tire as if you are turning not up and down). It's not the wheel bearing.

Any help would be appreciated to finding out the culprit of this problem becuase it's quite annoying. Thank you in advance.
