i have a 90 integra... the other day my throttle cable came off at the pedal. when i tried to put it back on i really didnt know if i was doing it right but the cable would move at all to put it back in place. can any one help me out on this problem i have?

Take if off the engine side, put it back on the pedal and then reattach to the engine (and tighten it).
