dude did you forget, JDM is right hand drive, the throttle cable goes the opposite side and is really long.
There is no way that it is the same length, and besides, why do you care? does it matter?

take it easy dude, i just didnt see the point in this post. Maybe it's not obvious to people that the extra unused hole on the right of the valve cover is to help hold the extra long JDM cable that swings around to the right side.
On the JDM tegs.

let me clarify this...i'm talking about the jdm sir-g rhd dc2. can i use the throttle cable off the usdm gsr into a rhd sir-g? and the long cable that swings around the valve cover is for the rhd itr. unless im reading the wrong info.
