I've bought a 96 GSR that was wrecked in the front. The guy I bought it from put on the 97 Teggy front end. The fenders are about 1/4 of an inch above the hood. Nothing on the front lines up really. Would replacing the fenders help? Putting on 97 Teggy fenders? Or should I think about re-doing the entire front end? Thanks everybody.

 

sounds like you need to put it on a frame machine and straighten everything up

 

It would help a lot if you could post a picture of the fenders rising above the hood, it may just be that the hood doesn't have the little rubber bumps to keep it raised up a bit?
