testing shocks
Recently i just installed some ground control coilovers and some koni shocks. The rear of my car seems to be real boucny enough to start hurting my back. I wanted to know if there is any way i could test the shocks to see if they are in good condition. They were purchased new.

You might be just riding on the springs if the shocks are blown. What u can do is jack the rear up, take off hte tire. Lift the LCA up and down and look at the shock piston. If it seems to "stick" then its blown.
-What is the spring rate of your GCs (front and rear)? It is possible that you are using to stiff of a spring rate and Konis cannot dampen the GCs properly.
-How low do you have your GCs set? It is possible that you have them set to low and the Konis do not have enough travel to dampen the GCs properly.
-Did you reuse the stock bumper stops? If so, did you cut the bumper stops in half? If you reused the stock bumper stops but didn't cut them in half, it is possible that you are riding on the bumper stops and therefore the shocks cannot dampen the springs.
