Default Temperature problems??

Hey whats up everybody. I guess i have a problem. I drive a 1996 Acura integra GSR 2dr. It was a wrecked rebuild and i just got it back from the paint shop and have been driving it for a few days now. I did put a new radiator and condensor in it. But i can drive all day in it and it will hardly come up off of the cold on the guage. But you can get in traffic and it will warm up to about normal operating temps. But once one get in open road it will drop right back down. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks alot.

Very possibly they didn't even put a thermostat in. Check to see if there's even one in there.

Its probably just the way the vehicle warms up. Your car will run hotter in traffic than on the open road because it is haveng to stop and go which makes the engine run just a little hotter.

I know it will run hotter in traffic but it shouldn't drop back down and read completely cold.
