for some reason whenever i accelerate my temp guage goes down. this may be some what normal since the fans are coming on and so forth but it goes way down, as soon as i come to a stop and let the car idle the temp guage goes back up to normal operating temp. whats going on...please help

is the heat on? sometimes when i drive in the freeway with the vents open and the heat on the temp gauge goes lower. i also remember one time i was driving to vegas and it was hot outside and i was hitting like 100mph and the temp gauge was at less than half of normal.

 

i have seen that on my friends DA....it ended up just to be bad ground
