tein basic coilovers
Hey guys wats up, i recently installed my tein basic coilovers into to my dc2. The ride feels stiff but the back is way to bouncy. Does anyone else have tein basics on there dc2 teggy. Im hoping the coilovers have to get broken in?Any input will be appreciated.
i have basics in my dc2 too. umm personally tha ride does feel stiff but i love tha ride. but maybe tha basics arent stiff enough for your personal preference. for me tha basics are great for just daily driving but would be too soft for my preference when i bring it to tha track. just a thought.
i did the whole basic tein kit suspension and i love the **** i have it on my 94 and its only like a month old **** is nice and i have skunk2 rear lower control arms and front and back strut bars
did you dump your car when you put them in? if you dropped it a lot it's very possible with those coilovers that you're hitting the bumpstops.
post up a couple of pics of how low your car is and we might be able to help you out more

The ride is basically at the top because are shorter anywayz. um the front and back arent lowered really. There almost at the top the coilover. I dont know if thats why its too bouncy. Ive spoke to some of my friends and they told me sometimes the suspension just needs to be broken in after two or three weeks it should feel less bouncy. Dont know how true that is, can someone clarify ill post pics later on.
i also did asr brace kit, omni rear lower control arms and type r sway bar. It definitely added to the stiffiness but i dont if it added to the bounce in the car.
