Default tech help! b20b/vtec

I was wondering what the difference between a regular rod bearings and race bearings is? Oh Is it ok to use the stock gsr head studs or should I get apr studs. Thanks guys!

Regular oem bearings are fine just make sure you check clearances and get the right ones. I would definitley get a set of arp's they are good quality and can be torqued down more than once or twice

can you use any kind of b series ARP head studs for ls/vtec setup?

no u need gsr head studs. b16 studs are to short, ls studs are to long
