TDC SENSOR

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO FIX THIS PROUBLEM AND ALSO CODE 13 WITCH I DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS OR HOW TO FIX IT HELP ME OUT

Its the top dead center sensor on your throttle body.You need to replace the whole throttle body.75$ at a salvage yard.
