Default swaping ecu's any problems

do you guys think ill come across any problems swaping a 2000 integra LS (USDM) with a 1998 integra LS (USDM) ecu? Any CEL's?

(im doing it because im putting a turbo on my car)

i dont thikn it will fit... and if it does.. then cool.. but why not swap it out to a94 95?

i agree, why are you swapping a OBD-IIb ecu to another OBD-IIa ECU ?

find yourself a 94-95 Integra ECU its OBD-I (P74 OR A P75)
you'll also need the harness for OBD-II to OBD- I

you wont get a cel but you might need a harness since one car is obdIIa and the other is obdIIb. oh yeah, your sister's car probably wont work because you have the immobilizer in the 2000 ecu.

Yes it would work but you will need an obd2b to obd2a adaptor harness, but then you might as well go to obd1 for turbo purposes IMO.

try blown90hatch or kenji. search the member list.
