ok im replacing my b16 for a b16 block gsr head and itr tranny. i just got it back in and went to fire it up but i just cranks and doesnt not fire up, instead it just spins then eventually i hear this kinda futuristic cartoon gun sound like beeeweh. my friend said that one time he saw a semi fire ball shooto out of the exhaust manifold where it would bolt to the mid section (its not hooked up right now) i need help bc i have no clue whats going on

the plugs are soaked and i AM GETTING SPARK so im stomped please help if you can

 

hows ur timing and distributor doing?
not to mention with the flooding thing whats up with your fuel system? check vacuum lines and fuel pressure

 

ok i just checked the motor and when i have the cams lined up so the pointers are up the red mark on the crank pulley does NOT line up with the pointer on the block
