Default Suspension Theory (in a nutshell)

My friend is thinking of getting a read tie bar or strut or sway bar. I was wondering if someone could enlighten us as to the differences between the three. I know I know, it's done in and I've searched. It's sorta hard to find stuff sometimes. So which is better for handling and which ones are recommended? Any info is great thanks.

sway bar.. it reduces body roll in turns

strut bar.. it reduces chasiss flex in turns

tie bar.. it helps to strengthen subframe

get the sway bar, its the most noticeable...

Not only the most noticable, I doubt most people will feel ANY difference in the others. Go with the SWAY BAR! Night and Day difference.

BTW, want a Adriatic Blue Pearl Front lip? IM me

I have a 2001 Integra GSR, stock suspension. Which sway bar do you recommend for me?
