Default suspension problem

Hi guys, my 96 LS integra drives horrible on uneven road.. it doesn't have a firm grip on the wheel. In addition, my car tends to lose balance when i'm on the freeway. I had my alignment and rotation but the problem haven't went away.

I'm currently running skunk2 coilovers with kyb gas shocks, front camber kit, front/rear strut and tie bars. I'm thinking the problem could be my shock, and was thinking of getting skunk2 pro shocks for my skunk2 coilovers, if I do, will it improve my driving conditioin?

Doubt it's the shock. But it could be. It also could more likely be a faulty alignment. Go to a shop that DIDN'T do your alignment. Sears will check your alignment without charging you anything. Have your alignment checked out and get the print out. Your camber kit might have slipped.

You didn't need to buy that camber kit, BTW.

Have your bushings checked out. When you lowered your car, did you clock your bushings? if not, some of them might have torn.

What size/offset wheels are you running? Size of tires? What kind of tires?

Hi B

I had Firestone did my alignment. I had my skunk2 coilovers installed at a racing shop, he has been in the business for almost 10yrs now..im not sure if he had my bushing check..i gotta ask him. I'm running on 17" ADR, kohmo tires, I am thinking it's 40+ offset.. it has been a while.. tire zie 2054017.

The strange thing is.. i had firestone did a full suspension inspection and all they found was one of the tie rod end screw was lose.. and they already tighten it.

lol firestone seems to do some crappy alignments. There was a guy on the S2000 forum that had problems too.

what do you mean your car looses ballance? And did you just put the suspension on your car? If you did that's probably how it feels now. You have a more performance set up so your car will respond to uneven pavement more than it used to. I have alot of suspension work done and my car is all over the place you can actually feel the low spots in the highway where the tires normally are. Flat road and race track tho, it's flawless.
