Default Stutters when accelerating...help!

Have a 90 Integra Rs, last time was a month ago i drove it it stalled at street light, and stutters when accelerating/driving. now when i start it, idles fine at neutral and when i accelerate in neutral it stutters and stalled once before. What could be the problem? vacuum line(s), fuel system somewhere, plugs, wires, dizzy, or some part of the emission or intake system? What is the worst case scenrio? Bent valves and cracked guides? Or even worse? Someone give me an idea or list of things to look over? Or did I just list myself everything I need to look over? And last, what gauges or tester(s) do I need to test my fuel system parts and vacuum lines? thanx

PRoblem fixed. Thermostat housing was loose. Supposely mechanic said the housing on the block itself has a crack or something has cracked off the block where one of the two bolts goes into the threaded hole. And it was also I believe my coolant temp sensor wasnt attached or something and coolant was causing a ground to fail. I might be wording all this wrong but yea. Thanx for everyone's help trying to determine what was the cause of my problem. Honda-Tech and members are the Best.
