Default stuck on idle problem

ok where to start.. well i got a b18a1 in my 92 vx i switched it over to 0db1 i got a 94 distributer, harness, ecu, intake manifold with throttle body and sensors. Now when my engine is cold the idle bounces from like 800 to 1000rpm quickly its galloping and when i give it steady gas it breaks up. when the motor warms up to tempature it stops galloping but still breaks up i replaced my iacv, fitv, throttle body, o2 sensor and ecu and the problem still consists ive tryed bleeding my coolent system as well and it still persists all sensors were switched to and that didnt help. my check engine light doesnt come on at first but it does after a little while , i tryed to jump the code but it wont blink any codes it just stays a solid light while im jumping the wires..i also advanced and retarted the distributer while it was galloping and that was no good niether im prietty sure my timing is dead on but im going to check it tomorrow with a timing light. ......let me know what you guys think
