Default structural foam

Anybody know anything about using structural foam to
reinforce the chassis without adding a lot of weight?

Default Re: structural foam (trellix78)

i have seen race cars using slow cure epoxy to reinforce various parts. like jb weld but able to be applied with a spray nozzle to the desired thickness in multiple coats. . structural foam just isn't strong enough to be of much use.
