strange problem. electrical issue
ok so today i decided to do my wire tuck. when i went to go take the battery out i noticed the fan was on, but not on full power. slow enough you could stop it with your hand but it just kept going. than i noticed my cap was alarming that it was losing power. so i thought it was because i losened the battery.
so i finished my tuck and confirmed all lights work and power is getting to the ecu since i relocated the fuse box to inside the car. i put my fender back on, bolted up my lights etc...
bang, car wont start. getting power just nothing would kick over. 5 mins later im getting less power. acouple more mins later i get full power and the car starts. try it again and bang, nothing at all. this just keeps going on and on. i have great connections, good grounds. replaced the starter wire and wires going from the battery to the fuse box.
what ever is keeping the fan on, i think is the issue. my fan rely died years ago so i have the fan grounded right to the frame and the power is to a key on 12v, so yea my fan is on all the time when the car is running. but now its on a slow idle even when theres no key in ;(
has anything like this happen to anyone else?
