Steering wheel jerks violently to the right.
Need some help. At lower throttle positions and even out of gear the wheel will intermittently jerk to the right, sometimes violently. Started happening over the last couple of days, got progressively worse and now is un-drivable. It feels like perhaps the right axle intermittently loosing power.
Has anyone experienced this before?

Sound slike the same thing that's happening to me... it only happens when there's no power to the wheels (letting of the throttle or touching the brakes), and when it does happen, at clanks now...
I thought it might be the CV shaft, but I think it might be something with the hub, tie rod, or ball joins...

Sounds like a ball joint (lower) going out or like some one else said, the outer tie rod.
Try raising the car, then hold the wheel at 12 and 6. If it moves, then the wheel bearing is going out (most likely not) then hold it at 9 and 3, if it moves the inner tie rod is going out. If you can hold it and 2 and 8 and the whole assembly moves then around the ball joints.

So does it make a clanking sound upon accel and decel, and can it be easily mistaken for being bad motor mounts? If so, it's prob your lower ball joints. Also do the wheel shake test like somone else mentioned. Does it sound like it's getting louder/worse? Don't let your ball joints get worse, or you will literally rock it 'til the wheel falls off.

Well, I've got brand new tires on freshly balanced rims. No issues prior to this. Motor mounts are good. CV Shaft boot is torn on passenger side, coincidently the same way my wheel jerks towards.
The steering wheel will jerk to the right upon deceleration and clank. When I'm accelerating there's no issues or sounds. (I'm not OP, but it sounds the same as my issue.)

I had a trusted tech at our Honda store check it out. He couldn't find anything visually wrong. I have a Y21 tranny and he thinks it could be the LSD. I mean, I trust the guy and would have thought he checked for a bad wheel bearing...but I'm not sure.
This thing can pull hard right briefly and softer pulls intermittently. It does feel like it's loosing power on the axle but then again, it can even pull to the right when it's coasting out of gear. Hmmm. Can a bad LSD do this?
I should also note that this is a B18C-Y21 in a 1994 EG Hacthback

I’m a sales mgr. at a rather large Honda dealership. The afore mentioned trusted tech assured me that it could only be the transmission. I bought a transmission, had him install it…just drove it home tonight.
It’s starting to do it again. At lower rpm’s (2500-3000) , it’s (the wheel) is starting to pulsate when I turn…progressively worse the further I got to home. I expect it will be un drivable in a couple of days.
I’m mad as hell.
