Default Steering problem or Differential?

The problem im having is my car makes a really rough click noise when i turn sharp, its not axles or atleast i dont think it is because i have had completely shot cv's before and they just made a noise, this feels like it actually is binding, the axles are brand new NON refurbished ones too, put them in about 2 months ago. could it be a problem with my differntial?

also, could it be my steering rack? my belt came off a while ago and i just left it alone with no power steering pump? it seemed to start happening a while after that, could that damage my rack? thx for the input ahead of time guys .

Mine did the same thing and I changed both axles just to be sure. It turned out it was the Diff or the Phantom Slip rather. I would check that if you're sure its not the axles
